It’s such a shame how so many adults accept the world as a matter of course, how can something as remarkable as living be something you get used to. When the world becomes a habit, all sense of wonder is lost. If being a philosopher means that I am not quite used to the world, then that is what I am. I will never accept that the world is anything less than unreasonable, for then there would be nothing to inquire and that is the greatest misfortune.
